Another paper decides it's time to file Web first, to arm its photojournalists with video cameras and to provide multimedia training "for all reporters, editors and artists." (fill in your own punch line here ____)
Read Newsday Editor and Executive V.P. John Mancini's memo at Gawker. He does have a way of putting it: As a business, Newsday has to tap new streams of revenue, in mighty new ways, mighty fast.
