Northwestern's Media Management Center has just made available a PDF of a speech by Jack Griffin, Meredith's president, in which he details how he refocused the company into the digital age.
I recommend reading it. It's more than a good management lesson. It pretty well sketches out all the issues most everyone in this business faces.
