Couple of noteworthy sites
Over at Micro Persuasion, Steve Rubel holds forth on the impact of participatory journalism and Web logs on public relations. Interesting stuff, and one that journalists should check out occasionally as well. Find it at http://steverubel.typepad.com.

The second good link is "Chairman Mel" Mencher's "Update," a compilation of his thoughts, noteworthy tidbits and other observations on the teaching and practice of journalism. (And an occasional shameless plug for his widely used News Reporting and Writing.) Mel's still doing this in Word format, though they'd be perfect for the blogosphere. Find them at his page at the McGraw-Hill site.
