Journalism Hope
Somehow this got stuck on the bottom of my to-do pile.
Paul Mallasch, proprietor of Muncie Free Press, has shuttered his well-read J-Log site (although he's keeping the material up for now) and has moved to a new project, Journalism Hope.
As he wrote on J-Log:
Well, J-Log has been fun, and I've built it up over the years, but the community hasn't really taken off. The software that runs it is a very heavily hacked version of a little known CMS. I could re-work the site here at mallasch.com with new software, but I thought it was time for a new domain, a new name, and a new direction for my journalism blog. I want to take it a little more seriously. I want to show that there is Journalism Hope.
The new link is on my rail.
