Cluetrain revisited

A reminder in Ad Age that it's good to go back and revisit former readings from time to time - you can get so much more out of them.

In this case, it's the Cluetrain Manifesto. It should be required reading for most journalists who nowadays - like it or not - find themselves on the front line of "customer service."
