Just not in the paper, OK?

Maybe this paper could have given the guy the benefit of the doubt before his arraignment, at least (and tighten it a tad while they're at it)?

The chairman of the Orangeburg County Council has been indicted on federal extortion and bribery charges after he took $50,000 worth of bribes from an FBI agent posing as a consultant to a company trying to acquire the regional medical centers in Orangeburg and Calhoun counties.
