Because ... just because

Before you go all ballistic over grammar and usage, please remember that language changes -- and that in the Internet age it changes at light speed.

Today's grammar grenade: because as a preposition

/there is not a thing wrong with this construction. Just as there is an accepted "you understood" subject, this is presupposing an introductory clause and an ensuing predicate clause: "XXXX because science YYYYY."
